Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
- Monitor attendance, leave credits, and performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
Administration
- Supervise daily office operations and administrative support functions.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Support management in preparing reports, memos, and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–3 years) as HR Officer, HR and Admin Officer, or similar role.
- Knowledge of labor laws, government benefits, and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
