Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
  • Monitor attendance, leave credits, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.

Administration

  • Supervise daily office operations and administrative support functions.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners.
  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Support management in preparing reports, memos, and communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–3 years) as HR Officer, HR and Admin Officer, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, government benefits, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
