Job Description:

  1. Financial Reporting

  2. Prepares and reviews month-end Financial Reports of TMI & MSC

  3. Reconciles and prepares Subsidiary Ledger of Accounts Payable accounts and Account Receivable accounts of TMI & MSC
  4. Reconciles accounting data against tax returns and report discrepancies for proper action
  5. Monitors accruals of fixed monthly expenses such as Security, Janitorial, Communication, and other operational expenses
  6. Monitors the lapses schedule of assets and recording of IFRS Leasehold schedule and interest for MSC & TMI Clinic
  7. Posts necessary entries and adjustments for the month
  8. Monitors the advances of employees and makes sure that the employees comply with the policy of the liquidation process
  9. Checks the various journal entries of AR transactions (HMO & PHIC) billing and collection, facility fee, income share of JV center (Lasik and Megacorrrs), and various AR adjustments of TMI & MSC

  10. Monitors and records the collections of the receivables from due to related parties of the following:

  11. TMI – various receivables from Megacorrrs and Lasik and for MSC such as Facility fee/Management fee. Income Share, Telephone Share, and other receivables

  12. MSC – Management fee and other receivables such as charges paid in advance by MSC from TMI, Tophealth & Cebu

  13. Bank Reconciles

  14. TMI – SecBank, ChinaBank and Landbank, BDO-BGC

  15. MSC – SecBank, Eastwest, BDO

  16. Responsible in addressing external auditor's queries during the Audit period.

  17. Accounts Payable Supervision

  18. Manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable team.

  19. Monitors all AP transactions and payout deadlines for doctors and suppliers.
  20. Checks and reviews the correctness and completeness of the attached documents such as the RFP form, P.O., delivery receipts, and sales invoice or official receipts for various suppliers and with complete signatory in RFPs.
  21. Reviews the journal entries of AP doctors and suppliers processed by AP Assistants for MSC, TMI and Megacorrrs to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed
  22. Oversees the records of all Accounts Payable related transactions such as basic journal and recurring entries of accruals, CAPEX, management fee and other necessary adjustments in Accounting System
  23. Ensures all tax due for payments are paid on time
