What will you do?Review tender documents

Manage quantity take-off process and prepare Bill of Quantities as required

Oversee project specific teams and lead complex tender bids

Seek best value delivery methodology to gain competitive advantage over competitors

Prepare and coordinate the completion of tender schedules with the Pre Contracts CoordinatorProvide training and support for Junior EstimatorsManage quantity take-off process and ensure compliance (2D and 3D)Liaise with the Commercial Manager regarding Contract RisksSeek client feedback – tender debrief

Attend monthly meetings with the Estimating Manager and Estimating Director to identify department improvements
