As a Licensed Civil Engineer, you will assist in the planning, design, and supervision of construction projects. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations. Your role will involve hands-on participation in various aspects of construction, from site preparation to project completion.​

Work Setup: onsite, Monday to Saturday

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project inspection

  • Do reports such as accomplishment and comparative analysis

  • Create bar chart

  • Quality control

  • Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

  • Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements.

  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve construction issues as they arise.

  • Prepare progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and scheduling.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, materials, and equipment usage.

  • Adhere to project budgets and timelines, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation measures.

  • Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering.

Requirements

  • A Licensed Civil Engineer

  • With relevant experience, preferably from the Construction industry

  • With background in cost estimates

  • Must have a driver's license and can drive a manual car.

  • With at least 3 years experience in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

  • Can handle and supervise manpower on-site;

  • Computer Literate; Knowledgeable in AutoCAD

  • Using project management tools to plan timeframes

  • Working with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project

  • Planning contingency programs in case timeframes change

  • Meeting with contractors and suppliers

  • Demonstrating knowledge of construction

  • Working between offices and construction sites.

  • Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

  • Willing to work onsite, Monday to Saturday within Quezon City

  • Flexible, can work with minimum supervision under pressure
