Senior Quantity Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, managing quantity take-off processes, and preparing Bills of Quantities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Australian civil or structures, with expertise in using Bluebeam and Microsoft suite. You should also be flexible in your work arrangements and able to adapt to changing project requirements.

  1. Review tender documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Manage quantity take-off processes to meet project timelines and budgets.
  3. Prepare Bills of Quantities and other estimating reports as required.
  4. Liaise with commercial managers to identify contract risks and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
