About the role

J7 PLAZA HOTEL Iloilo is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining a strong cash flow for the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
  2. Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  3. Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and collect overdue payments
  4. Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and generate reports
  5. Identify and implement strategies to improve the accounts receivable process and minimise bad debts
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management

  1. Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with customers
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Familiarity with accounts receivable best practices and industry regulations
