Senior Associate, Business Development

Kroll is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Associate, Business Development to join our growing Manila team. In this role, you will be a key member of the Business Development team, driving revenue growth and expanding our Investigations, Diligence, and Compliance services across the APAC region.

As a strategic sales professional, you will be responsible for originating and securing new business opportunities across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. Your ability to cultivate and strengthen client relationships will be critical in positioning Kroll as a trusted advisor in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will be accountable for the accurate and timely execution of key business development initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to identify business opportunities and bolster Kroll's market position.
  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively grow Kroll's client base by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating targeted outreach campaigns, and establishing client referral networks.
  • Business Development Support & Presentation Materials: Assist in the preparation of high-quality business development materials, including tailored presentation decks for Managing Directors, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
  • Scheduling Meetings with Potential Clients: Efficiently coordinate meetings with prospective clients to facilitate engagement and relationship building.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for weekly and monthly internal meetings, highlighting key sales metrics and market insights.

ESSENTIAL TRAITS

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the professional services, risk advisory, due diligence, or compliance sectors.
  • An established network within the financial services, legal, corporate, or regulatory sectors in the APAC region is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
