JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Accounting, and Finance Course (Open for any Business Courses with Background in Basic Accounting).
  • With 1-2 years of accounting experience specifically in (Accounts Payable Role).
  • Has a skills in Management and Computerized Accounting.
  • Proficient to advance knowledge in computer skills and in MS Office applications including Excel.
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles, problem solving skills and keen to details.
  • Commitment to working efficiently, accurately and willing to work beyond office hours.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
  • Amenable to work onsite (Malate, Manila).
  • Can start ASAP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Receive and process payment and shipment requests, assign control numbers, encode details, prepare voucher or cash advances, and update the daily payment summaries and shipment statuses.
  • Submit vouchers for cost posting, verify documents, prepare necessary forms, and update system records with scanned vouchers.
  • Prepare vouchers based on cash advances, update summaries of Brokerage requests, and record costs as provided by the Accounting Supervisor.
  • Process container deposit documents, prepare deposit letters, and follow up on refund statuses.
  • Track and summarize weekly cash releases and prepare container-related reports.
  • Perform bank errands, verify costs from Brokerage reports, and assist in collection tasks.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned to which will be necessary for the Accounting and Finance Department.
