Job Description

The Accounting Associate will assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and government regulations. The role will focus on taxation-related tasks while also providing support in other accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, file, and monitor compliance of tax returns and related requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies as needed.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in accounting.
  • Must have exposure in Taxation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with minimal supervision.
