Position: Accounting Associate - Billing and Collection

Location: University Pad Residences Taft - 912 Pablo Ocampo St. Malate, Manila

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8AM-5PM

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software is a plus
  • With or without experience (we're happy to train the right candidate).

Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Prepare, encode, and bill consumption of corporate, kiosks, and tenants
  • Upload payables accurately and batch uploads
  • Petty Cash Fund Replenishment
  • Passbook Tagging and Passbook Monitoring
  • Administrative tasks such as processing of move out, preparing advisory for electricity and encoding daily parking

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
