Overview

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, compliance, and operations in support of our regional growth. This role will report directly to C-level leaders and is ideal for candidates with a strong finance foundation who want to scale processes in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, tax, labor, and corporate filings across markets.
  • Maintain robust financial controls, ensure audit readiness, and manage cash flow.
  • Partner with leadership on cost control strategies and capital allocation.
  • Oversee HR, admin, legal, and compliance frameworks to support growth.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted partner to C-level executives and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Background in Big 4 audit, investment banking, or high-performance finance environments is an advantage.
  • Strong track record in audit readiness, cash flow management, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and ERP/automation tools.
  • Experience building or scaling Finance & Ops teams in a fast-growth setting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
