About the role

This is a full-time role based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, providing customer service support through a call centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance across a range of areas.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner
  2. Answering customer questions and resolving any issues or complaints
  3. Accurately recording customer information and documenting call details
  4. Referring complex queries to appropriate team members or managers
  5. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  6. Adhering to call centre policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging customers
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Fluency in English and the local language
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
