Job Description

As a Billing Analyst, you will handle invoice generation, validation, adjustments, and documentation while coordinating with offshore teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate customer records. You will also support compliance, customer inquiries, and technician onboarding across multiple regions.

Requirements:

• Education: Relevant educational background
• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Your Daily Tasks

• Generate accurate invoices based on contracts, purchase orders or Service Agreements
• Create deposit invoices for upfront or partial payments prior to the full delivery of goods or services
• Process credit adjustments in the Billing Systems and ensure accurate reflection in financial records
• Review and validate billing amounts, tax calculations, and client details to ensure accuracy
• Upload invoices using client specific billing software portals
• Email invoices to clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring correct formatting and required attachments along with correct information in body
• Maintain thorough documentation to support audit and compliance requirements
• Maintain clear, concise notes with regular updates for all jobs sent for invoicing if issues arise
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to billing and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Provide billing support and assistance across multiple states, ensuring compliance with regional requirements
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and dispute by coordinating with AR, AP & respective State service teams
• Assist in cleaning up or updating client addresses, contact details, etc in various customer data bases
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
