Job Overview:

As our HR Specialist, you'll be the operational backbone of our HR team—ensuring smooth processes across onboarding, engagement, attendance management, HR reporting, and compliance. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and internal stakeholders to support our people and culture strategy while keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full onboarding and offboarding cycles, from document collection and orientations to exit interviews and DOLE reporting.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives that foster connection, feedback, and recognition.
  • Keep employee records up to date in HRIS, while ensuring accuracy in weekly reports and internal dashboards.
  • Monitor attendance and tardiness, escalate concerns, and prepare corrective actions when necessary
  • Respond to employee concerns with empathy and professionalism, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Maintain and track employee referrals, portal reviews, and HR-related compliance reports
  • Proactively ensure alignment with labor law requirements and internal policies
  • Participate in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives across HR and admin

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including onboarding, employee relations, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SharePoint
  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and multitasking ability
  • Familiarity with DOLE compliance and basic knowledge of workplace safety and first aid
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and highly professional in dealing with confidential information
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM)
