
Sales Development Representative

Overview We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our sales pipeline. In this role, you’ll connect with decision-makers, qualify leads, and secure discovery calls that keep business development moving forward. If you thrive on hitting targets, enjoy meaningful conversations, and know how to turn a cold call into a warm opportunity, this role is for you. Responsibilities Generate a strong pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Book and confirm discovery calls with qualified prospects. Maintain and manage all activities, contacts, and deals in HubSpot CRM. Qualify leads using defined criteria to ensure alignment with business needs. Consistently meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals. Qualifications Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and basic KPI tracking. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient when handling objections. Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confident phone presence. Ability to handle objections professionally and keep conversations engaging. Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva and CapCut (or willingness to learn). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with CRM systems or record-keeping tools.
