Your Role
As an SDR, your job is to initiate contact, build interest, and book qualified discovery meetings for our Sales Account Executives (SAEs). You'll work the top of the funnel – reaching out to manufacturing, industrial, and commercial businesses, speaking to decision-makers, and moving them into our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call B2B leads using strategic scripts and rebuttals
- Qualify leads based on company size, industry, energy needs, and decision-making authority
- Book meetings for the Sales Account Executive team via shared calendars
- Update CRM stages, dispositions, and fields accurately after every contact
- Follow-up via email/SMS when required using pre-set sequences
- Track performance: number of calls, meetings booked, conversion rates
- Collaborate with CRM Manager, Team Leader, and SDR peers weekly
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with confident phone presence
- Self-motivated and target-driven – you must thrive on performance
- Ability to handle objections, re-engage lost leads, and maintain high activity
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and call scripts
- Based in the UK or have full fluency in English
- Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting preferred (training provided)
Compensation
- Monthly Retainer: Starting from £200/month
- Bonus: Flat payment for qualified meetings booked
- Conversion Bonus: Additional payout for deals that close from your meetings
