Job Description:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits or payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefits systems (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Basic knowledge of tax computation and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other HR/payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
