About the Role

As a Coffee Crew Member, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverage products, ensuring every customer enjoys a warm and memorable experience. This is a full-time position that occasionally involves assisting with event cart setups and light physical tasks such as lifting supplies or equipment.

Position: Full-Time Coffee Crew Member

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a variety of coffee and tea-based drinks using professional espresso machines and brewing equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and making recommendations
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
  • Restocking and rotating inventory, as well as managing product quality
  • Assisting with general cafe duties, such as cash handling, inventory management, and adhering to health and safety standards
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of cafe operations
  • Support team logistics during events, including lifting and setup tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
  • A genuine passion for coffee and customer service
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Willing to work full-time and commit long-term
  • Must be a resident of Mandaluyong City
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable with occasional physical tasks such as lifting and event support
