As a Coffee Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This full-time position will involve managing a team of coffee baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall efficiency and profitability of the store.

Work Location: TOMORO COFFEE - Alphaland Makati Place

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of baristas, including baristas, servers, and other team members;
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and food/beverage quality;
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain adequate stock;
• Providing training and development opportunities for barista;
• Basic financial management and performance analysis;
• Collaborating with the management team to drive the store's performance and growth;
• Adopting all kinds of marketing strategies, including coupon dissemination, community service, offline B2B and B2C campaigns, and event planning;

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team;
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities;
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
