About the role

Zirconia Inc' is seeking an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team in our café located in the heart of Makati City Metro Manila. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and specialty beverages. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty items
  2. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good working order
  3. Provide excellent customer service, educating customers on coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavour profiles
  4. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to implement new menu items and improve operational efficiency
  6. Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and food handling regulations

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  2. Demonstrated expertise in brewing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Familiarity with coffee industry trends and a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
