About the role

As a Barista at Koffiemore Coffee Beans Store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality of pure roasted coffee beans and drinks. This full or part time position is located in Marikina City, Metro Manila, and is a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and serving a variety of hot and iced coffee drinks with pure roasted baseline coffee, milktea drinks, breads and pastries and selling pure roasted coffee beans
  • Providing excellent customer selling, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including operating and cleaning espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
  • Adhering to all food safety and health regulations
  • Responsibly manage payment transactions via manual or POS machine

What we're looking for

  • Preferably with profound experience as a Barista
  • TESDA National Certificate Level II is acceptable in lieu of barista experience
  • Strong food customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Passion for coffee and a keen interest in the coffee culture and trends
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Willing to undergo relevant in-Kiosk training
