Job description

  • Design development and drawing document completion for permit, construction and fabrication use.
  • Do material sourcing and material swatches as reference in Construction.
  • Conduct space measurement and site inspection before the start of Design works.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholder to get inputs necessary in the development and completion of Design.
  • Works with outsource partner in development of complete Architectural and Engineering Plans, as needed by the required Drawing Document.
  • Prepares all documents necessary for fabrication, building and work permit.
  • Performs necessary visit during construction and renovation inspections to ensure compliance with design details.
  • Checks and reports to DCM Manager on status and progress of Design works
  • Provides design and detail solutions on possible project detail concerns (designs, materials, permits, contractors, etc) to ensure proper detail and implementation approach.
  • Check shop drawings for fabricated items, as needed.
  • Assist in all required drawings for set-up and repair works, as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design or any related drafting and building design course.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Retail Design and Planning or equivalent related field is a must.
