About the role:

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop innovative design concepts by creating sketches and 3D models.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

PROJECT PLANNING

  • Prepare project timelines and set milestones for design development.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

CLIENT CONSULTATION AND COMMUNICATION

  • Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Incorporate client feedback into the design process.

TECHNICAL DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Prepare specifications and written documentation for projects.

COMPLIANCE AND REGULATIONS

  • Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.

COLLABORATION WITH ENGINEERS AND CONTRACTORS

  • Work closely with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure design feasibility.
  • Liaise with contractors during the construction phase to ensure design integrity.

MATERIAL AND PRODUCT SELECTION

  • Research and select appropriate materials and products for projects.
  • Consider sustainability and environmental impact in material choices.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Help develop project budgets and monitor financial aspects throughout the design phase.
  • Offer value-engineering solutions to maintain project cost-effectiveness.

SITE ANALYSIS AND FEASIBILITY STUDIES

  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather site-specific information.
  • Perform feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.

POST-OCCUPANCY EVALUATION

  • Assess the performance of completed projects and gather client feedback.
  • Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluations.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
  • Valid Professional License/Registration as an Architect in the Philippines.
  • Strong design and creative thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent visualization, drawing, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in conceptual and schematic design phases.
  • Portfolio showcasing design creativity and technical capability
  • Amenable to report onsite at Project Location sites in Cavite and AMA Tower Residences EDSA Mandaluyong City
