About the role

We are seeking a talented F&B Designer CAD to join our dynamic team at MCArki Architectural Design in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a full-time F&B Designer CAD, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for a range of food and beverage establishments, from restaurants and cafes to bars and catering facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for F&B design projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and translate them into practical, aesthetically pleasing design solutions
  • Conduct site surveys and analyses to inform the design process
  • Coordinate with the project team, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative elements into your designs
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source appropriate materials and equipment
  • Prepare detailed design packages, including technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Provide support during the construction and implementation phases of projects

What we're looking for

  • Degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B design, preferably in a design consultancy or architectural firm
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
  • Excellent technical drawing and 3D modelling skills
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, layouts, and equipment requirements
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
