Project Architect Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Project Architect to oversee the design and execution of various construction projects from start to finish.

The candidate must be personable and have the flexibility to coordinate between clients, team members, subcontractors and field workers.

The candidate must also have high organizational skills to be able to handle various projects in different design and construction phases.

Project Architect Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of architects
  • Oversee projects from early design through to completion
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal teams
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and workflow effectively
  • Draft Architectural Drawings for construction.
  • Attend coordination meetings with the client, engineers and field workers and be able to provide a minutes of meeting report.
  • Prepare Material Specifications List and Materials Request List.
  • Act as an intermediary between the client and the construction team.
  • Oversee building contractors and construction field workers.
  • Site-based to ensure construction adheres to approved designs.
  • Ensure the project remains on time and within specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
