JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Responsible for the overall design and coordination of all landscape design projects
  • Prepare landscape plans, specifications for land development, coordinating arrangements of existing and proposed land features and structures. Confer with clients, engineering personnel, and architects on overall program.
  • Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs.
  • Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage
  • Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and responsible in coordinating with clients and consultants.
  • Provides directions to production team and monitors the progress to meet deadlines for drawings produced.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to design and production team.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship.
