About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior CAD Architect to join our dynamic team at MCArki Architectural Design. As a Sr. CAD Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative architectural projects. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, where you will collaborate closely with our talented designers and project managers.

What you'll be doing

  • Produce high-quality architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software
  • Assist in the development of conceptual designs and translate them into detailed construction plans
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure project requirements are met and design intent is maintained
  • Conduct site visits and measurements to inform the design process
  • Prepare presentation materials and documents for client meetings and regulatory approvals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, building codes, and industry regulations
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and drafting personnel

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and drafting
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design software
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
  • Excellent technical drawing and 3D modelling skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiar with local planning regulations and the permit application process
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Strong background in Restaurant Design and has passion for project completion
