Position: Architect / Designer for Nightclub Project

We are looking for a skilled and visionary Architect or Designer to join our team for the design and execution of a multi-level nightclub project. The role will begin on a contractual basis with the potential to transition into a regular employment contract based on performance and project management capabilities.


• Employment Type: Project Base


• Work Setup: Full-time, office work with mandatory site inspections once the design is approved and construction begins.


• Project Location: Makati, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:


• Create 3D conceptual designs and architectural plans for a large-scale, multi-level nightclub.


• Prepare complete architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, and detailed interior layouts.


• Develop a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction cost estimation.


• Ensure that all design proposals are aligned with operational flow, branding, and safety regulations.


• Coordinate with the project team and stakeholders to incorporate design feedback and adjustments.


• Provide on-site design supervision and conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction follows approved plans.


• Recommend materials, furniture specifications, and lighting placements that complement the nightclub's concept.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial, hospitality, or entertainment design projects.


• Proficiency in 3D visualization and architectural software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, or equivalent).


• Proven experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.


• Strong understanding of nightclub or commercial space design, including crowd management, acoustics, and lighting (preferred).


• Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of working within deadlines and project budgets.


• Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors.

Preferred Skills:


• Familiarity with soundproofing, ventilation, and fire safety protocols for entertainment venues.


• Experience working with high-ceiling, multi-level designs.


• Strong problem-solving and on-the-spot decision-making skills during project execution.
