We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a US-based doctor. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across time zones
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
  • Handle email correspondence and draft professional communications
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and expense tracking
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact between the doctor, clients, and internal teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English proficiency required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Willing to report onsite 2x/week in PITX, Paranaque City
