Store Operations Management

  1. Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency, proper staffing, and adherence to brand standards.

  2. Monitor store performance, sales reports, and customer feedback to drive improvements.

  3. Implement company policies, guidelines, and operational procedures.

  4. Ensure stores maintain proper visual merchandising and product displays.

Events & Activity Management

  1. Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and marketing activities to boost foot traffic and sales.

  2. Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams for campaign rollouts.

  3. Track activity results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Staff Training & Development

  1. Conduct basic training sessions for store staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

  2. Mentor and support store personnel to enhance performance and customer engagement.

  3. Evaluate staff needs and recommend further training or coaching.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by supervising service quality.

  2. Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

  3. Strengthen partnerships with mall operators for smooth coordination of store activities.
