ESL Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate ESL Trainer to help learners of diverse backgrounds improve their English communication skills. The trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that build fluency, accuracy, and confidence in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive ESL lessons tailored to learners' needs and proficiency levels.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Develop customized learning materials, activities, and assessments.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster an inclusive and motivating classroom/virtual learning environment.
• Use technology and digital tools to enhance language learning.
• Adapt teaching methodologies to support learners of varying cultural and educational backgrounds.
• Prepare students for English proficiency exams (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent (required).
• Proven experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
• Ability to create engaging, student-centered learning experiences.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
