DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Promote and sell products to customers and offers service design, standardization, and customization.
  2. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending nmew opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
  3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  4. Performing sales prospecting activities on a routine basis and providing competitive market feedback.
  5. Creating and managing overall action plans to exceed qouta for your territory.
  6. Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with the customers and supervisor.
  7. Respond to incoming email, phone enquiries and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  8. Build and maintain positice work relationship with customer to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
  9. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  10. Travel in any points of Mindanao to have market saturation.

Education:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management/Administration.

Work Experience:

  • At least two (2) year related auto/heavy equipment sales experience, or as Sales Advisor.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge in Auto, Trucks and Bus specifications
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Excellent in communication and written skills
  • Basic Knowledge in designing and customizing units
  • Good in parts and services cost estimates and must be good in number
  • Professional Driver
