Job Summary

  • Business Unit Coordinator acts as the over-all in-charge of order fulfillment of Dygen Pharma accounts on a specific Business unit. He/she is responsible for the completion, accuracy, quality of products delivered, and overseeing efficient delivery and collection of payment for orders and services provided by Dygen Pharma and its partners. He/she is the liaison between Dygen Pharma Head Office personnel, Dyna Drug Business Unit personnel, Customers and Delivery partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

  • Regularly checks received Pick List and ensures timely and accurate pick and pack of orders.

  • Coordinates with assigned Sales Coordinator and/or Sales Encoder any concern relating to the order ie. expiry date, damages, missing batch/ item, etc. prior to billing.

  • Ensures all received and accomplished Pick Lists are forwarded to the assigned Sales Encoder for billing.

  • Generates billing documents such as Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt, as needed.

  • Handle inventory of Dygen Pharma pre-printed Sales Invoice and other receipts.

  • Handles delivery schedule and coordinating with personnel in-charge to ensure the order is delivered on time.

  • Provides daily delivery status.

  • Assist Customer, Delivery Partner, Principal in any queries related to their delivery and reports all concerns promptly to personnel in-charge.

Others

  • Assists the Supply Chain Department in ensuring availability of stocks and ensuring proper documentation.

  • Reports promptly to Supply Chain and Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs Department any concern relating to the quality of the product.

  • Assists Accounting Department on any concern relating to payment collection and document transmittals.

  • Performs duties that may be assigned by the Operations Manager and Dygen Pharma General Manager.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Needed for the Job)

Educational Requirements

  • College graduate or at least 2 years in college

Competency

  • 1 – 2 years in handling customer service

Essentials

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office

  • Can work under pressure and can work under minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrates high attention to details.

Desirable

  • Good management skills: planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating.

  • Good communication skills: Tagalog and English verbal and written, and active listening.
