Sales and Marketing Unit Head

Strategic Planning & Oversight

• Leads the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Prepares and manages the Sales & Marketing (S&M) Department's annual and project-based budget, Gantt chart, and financial program.
• Aligns S&M operational plans with corporate objectives, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness.
• Establishes departmental performance goals and ensures regular monitoring and reporting of progress.
• Provides periodic updates and recommendations to management regarding S&M performance, risks, and opportunities.

Sales Leadership

• Develops and executes strategic sales plans to achieve pre-selling, sales, and collection targets.
• Leads and manages Sales team performance through effective coaching, mentoring, and monitoring of KPIs.
• Oversees accreditation of in-house sellers and brokers.
• Strengthens broker and partner networks to maximize reach and sales conversion.
• Ensures adherence to sales policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Marketing Leadership

• Directs marketing activities, including advertising, social media campaigns, events, branding, and creative initiatives.
• Designs and executes branding, positioning, and pricing strategies for projects.
• Monitors competition (pricing, features, promotions, acquisitions) and market behavior to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Ensures consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Oversees the development of promotional materials, events, roadshows, and digital campaigns to boost visibility and lead generation.

Departmental Management & Monitoring

• Prepares, monitors, and controls the Sales & Marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Develops and tracks the S&M Gantt chart and work plan to ensure timely completion of tasks, campaigns, and project launches.
• Implements an effective system for progress monitoring and operational reporting for the department.
• Ensures that resources are properly allocated and utilized in line with strategic priorities.
• Conducts regular departmental performance reviews and submits reports to the Executive Committee.

Business Development & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborates with Management in the planning and execution of project launches and business development initiatives.
• Coordinates with other departments (Operations, Finance, Customer Relations) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Contributes insights for project conceptualization, pricing, and market positioning.

People Leadership & Development

• Crafts quarterly and annual training plans for S&M personnel.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and career development to the team.
• Fosters a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer focus within the department.

Continual Improvement

• Continuously reviews S&M strategies, processes, and tools to ensure innovation and competitiveness.
• Drives initiatives that improve efficiency, customer engagement, and overall business growth.
• Undertakes other related tasks that may be assigned by Management in support of company's objectives

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php30,000.00 per month
