About the role

As a Multimedia Marketing Specialist at City Garden Hotel Makati, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's digital presence and driving its marketing initiatives. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and will involve developing and executing engaging multimedia content to captivate our target audience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualise and create compelling visual content such as graphics, videos, and animations to support the hotel's digital marketing campaigns
  2. Manage and update the hotel's social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and regular engagement with followers
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  4. Analyse website and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and multimedia content creation
  6. Provide support in other marketing-related tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or multimedia content creation
  3. Proficiency in using design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  4. Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  6. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry a plus
