Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Go High Level CRM specifically website, and marketing activities.
- Prior experience with Go High Level CRM is required for this position.
- Organize and update documents, SOPs, job descriptions, and educational tools.
- Handle social media management and engage with customer inquiries.
- Respond to emails and direct messages professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure smooth communication.
- Assist in strategic planning by staying two steps ahead of the business owner.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 5 years of actual VA experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of Virtual Assistant experience is required.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing & Email Drip Campaigns (Preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and backup power for seamless remote work.
- Excellent time Management Skills
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills in English
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Highly Organised and Flexible
- Cheerful, Cooperative, Proactive, and Outgoing
- High level of integrity and strong commitment.
- Proficiency with using Office Suites and CRM (i.e., MS Suite, Google Workspace, Go High Level)
- Competency in at least one of the following Office Suites or CRM systems is sufficient: MS Suite, Google Workspace, or Go High Level.
