HR Admin Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience
- Entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates.
- Mid-level positions often require 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
