HR Admin Qualifications

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Experience

  • Entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates.
  • Mid-level positions often require 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
