QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field being preferred.
  • Relevant experience in HR-related areas is crucial (recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development. HRIS, etc.)
  • A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Skills in handling employee complaints, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations.
  • Ability to identify training needs design and deliver training programs and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Active listening and empathy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point) and other relevant software.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Understanding the organization's business goals and strategies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting Job analyses to determine the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities for each role.
  • Conducting interviews
  • Administering and interpreting assessments (e.g., Skill test, personality tests).
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. (Paperwork, orientation, etc.)
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures. (e.g., attendance, leave, performance management, code of conduct)
  • Ensuring policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Disseminating information about company update and initiatives.
  • Investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee morale and engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to termination.
  • Managing payroll process.
  • Managing enrollment and charges to benefits plan.
  • Ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, benefits, regulation, and other relevant legislation.
  • Identifying training and development needs within the organization.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Advising employees on career development opportunities.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Staying up-to-date on changes in employment law.
