The Specialist, Business Process Management is part of the Product Support Team that will be providing testing support in preparation to our migration to CAMS Cloud for our CSRs and eventually will also support our migration to the new CRM.
Role Responsibilities
- Creating test cases for the stories being deployed as part of the sprint.
- Testing the stories' requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Providing signoff to move the changes to production
- Facilitating demos to the requesters to explain the changes and gain approval to proceed to production
- Providing Production and lower environment support for issues raised by the users.
- Helping with application accesses for users in Production and lower environments.
- Providing postproduction testing after every release
Role Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with the Microsoft office package
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work with little supervision.
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
