Management Engineer / Process Engineer

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Management Engineer / Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing operational processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance. The role involves evaluating workflows, developing process improvements, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement optimized workflows, SOPs, and productivity strategies.
  • Monitor process performance and generate data-driven reports.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent process execution.
  • Support management in project planning, coordination, and evaluation.
  • Conduct time-and-motion studies, capacity analysis, and process mapping.
  • Recommend tools, systems, and methods to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing process changes and training concerned departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational targets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering (IE) from any of the following schools:

ADMU, UP, MAPUA, ADU, DLSU, UST, or PUP

  • With GWA 1.5 or better.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in process mapping tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday on-site in South Caloocan City.
