The Opportunity

This is not a routine HR role. As
Total Rewards Manager
at The Medical City, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of compensation and benefits programs that directly impact employee engagement, retention, and performance.

You will work closely with the Group Chief Human Resource Officer and HR leaders across the enterprise to ensure that total rewards strategies are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals. From salary planning to incentive design and benefits modernization, you'll be at the center of strategic decision-making.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Design compensation and benefits programs:
    Develop structures and policies that are financially sound, market-aligned, and legally compliant.
  • Lead incentive planning:
    Oversee performance bonus and productivity incentive programs to drive motivation and results.
  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis:
    Evaluate market data, trends, and internal metrics to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Manage annual reviews:
    Support salary planning cycles, employee communications, and decision-making tools for line managers.
  • Partner with business units:
    Provide expert advice to HR teams and leaders on compensation strategies and program enhancements.
  • Modernize benefits:
    Evaluate and optimize benefits offerings, manage vendor relationships, and ensure service quality.
  • Support budgeting:
    Collaborate with Finance and HR Operations on staff cost forecasts, modeling, and system support.
  • Deliver HR insights:
    Analyze complex data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions across the organization.

Who You Are

  • Holds a
    Master's degree
    in Business, Management, Statistics, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Has
    10–15 years of experience
    in compensation and benefits, with at least
    3 years in a managerial role
    .
  • A strategic thinker with deep expertise in total rewards, data analytics, and HR frameworks.
  • A collaborative partner who can influence stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Comfortable navigating complex systems, managing vendors, and delivering high-impact solutions.
