Job description:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active list of intermediaries utilizing relationship management and customer service principles to maximize productivity and sales opportunity;
  • Lead or assist in discussions of intermediaries with prospect clients through superior product knowledge and solutions;
  • Provide product, process and underwriting updates to intermediaries through periodic visits, and/or but not limited to email or phone call advises;
  • Provide periodic information on market trends and customer needs for product development, customer satisfaction metrics and internal process enhancement, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • With at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Applicants from different industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fast learner in dealing with a fast-paced industry is a must
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Willing to work in Pasig City, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00-5:00PM
