Position Overview:

  • Oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.
  • Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
  • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of Engineering Course. Preferably Chemical or Industrial Engineering or any Engineering Course.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Manufacturing or Processing Plant of the same capacity. A total of at least 15 years progressive experience in Quality Control and Assurance or related job.
  • Knowledge or Familiarity with an Enterprise resource planning (ERP System) and Quality Tools.
  • Solid background in preparation and implementation of ISO and Quality Management System.
  • Computer Literate (spreadsheets, word processing, etc.)
