Reports To: Finance Manager and/or CEO
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive & Finance Assistant to join the growing VIMO Group — a collective of creative, print, and production specialists.
This hybrid role blends client engagement and financial organization, making it ideal for someone who's equal parts strategic, people-oriented, and detail-driven. You'll be the bridge between creativity and structure — pitching new ideas, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth billing and payment processes.

What You'll DoSales & Client Relations
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for VIMO Advertising, Prints, and Studio.
- Develop and present sales strategies, decks, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Confidently pitch marketing and creative concepts to both potential and existing clients.
- Manage client accounts and ensure seamless project delivery post-sale.
- Build lasting client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Finance & Administrative Support
- Assist with invoice preparation, statements, and payment processing.
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding client balances.
- Coordinate with the virtual Finance Manager on payables, collections, and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions.
- Support smooth coordination between sales and finance operations.
General Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare reports on client acquisition, sales performance, and payment collections.
- Support cross-departmental communication across all VIMO entities.
- Maintain a professional, proactive, and organized approach to all client and finance-related tasks.
- Assist in additional operational or administrative initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or finance (preferably in an agency or creative environment).
- Demonstrated experience presenting to clients or stakeholders, including pitch presentations and proposal delivery
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a solid grasp of basic financial processes.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable handling client-facing roles.

Starting Salary: ₱20,000–25,000 (subject to annual review)
Probationary Period: 6 months
