On-Premise Sales Executive – Wines Division

About the Role:
The On-Premise Sales Executive is responsible for driving wine sales and building strong relationships with on-premise accounts, including restaurants, hotels, bars, and private clubs. This role focuses on growing market share, increasing brand visibility, and delivering exceptional customer service to support the company's premium wine portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise accounts, ensuring consistent product distribution and brand representation.
- Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by promoting the company's wine portfolio and identifying opportunities for new placements.
- Business Development: Prospect and open new on-premise accounts within the assigned territory.
- Brand Education: Conduct tastings, staff trainings, and wine education sessions for clients and their teams to increase product knowledge and advocacy.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate and execute on-premise marketing programs, wine dinners, and events to build brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, account contacts, and promotional events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with distributor partners, brand managers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall sales strategy and brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in wine or beverage alcohol sales, preferably in the on-premise channel.
- Strong knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals is a plus.
- Established relationships within the local restaurant and hospitality industry highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
