At Flota Mil, we import and distribute curated wines from France and Spain, focusing on quality, value, and accessibility. We work with top restaurants, bars, hotels, and retailers across the Philippines, offering personalized service and a selection of wines that represent the cultural heritage of Europe's most renowned regions.
As we continue to expand our presence in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities within Metro Manila.
Job Overview
The Sales Representative will play a key role in managing and growing Flota Mil's client portfolio in the hospitality sector. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing accounts, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand the brand's presence.
This position offers ongoing wine training, exposure to international brands from France and Spain, and the opportunity to represent a growing importer and distributor in the premium wine segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent service quality, timely communication, and long-term satisfaction.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to restaurants, hotels, and retailers to evaluate product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and sales growth.
- Coordinate order processing and collections in collaboration with internal operations to ensure accurate delivery, documentation, and timely payments.
- Represent Flota Mil in professional settings, including client meetings, trade fairs, wine tastings, and brand events, maintaining a high standard of presentation and brand image.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives by actively participating in campaigns with partner brands, assisting in marketing activations, and providing feedback on in-market results.
- Assist in organizing and conducting wine pairings, private tastings, and promotional events with partner outlets, ensuring brand consistency and a strong consumer experience.
- Conduct continuous market research to identify new business opportunities, potential accounts, and emerging trends within the Metro Manila hospitality and retail sectors.
- Collaborate closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets, develop client engagement strategies, and align on pricing, promotions, and product placements.
- Attend regular internal meetings and strategy sessions to provide input on market conditions, client feedback, and overall sales performance.
- Uphold the professional image of Flota Mil at all times, ensuring that company values, product knowledge, and service standards are consistently represented in all interactions.
- Contribute to building Flota Mil's reputation as a trusted partner and ambassador of European wines in the Philippine market.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, wine, or hospitality industries.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of sales or account management experience is required for this position.
- Fluent in Tagalog and professional in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, capable of working independently while meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Interest in wine and international brands, with a willingness to participate in ongoing product and brand training programs.
- Knowledge of Metro Manila's hospitality and restaurant landscape is a strong advantage.
- Must be comfortable with flexible work hours, including evening client visits, events, and brand activations.
- Driver's license is an advantage but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: ₱25,000 per month
- Performance-based commissions (based on KPIs)
