Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, park performance, and revenue trends, informing decision-making.
  • Proactively analyze trends to respond to market changes and align with customer preferences.
  • Stay ahead of the market and competitors by leveraging competitive intelligence for valuable insights.
  • Drive innovation to enhance revenue, efficiency, and quality of life, continuously improving practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to address issues, propose enhancements, and elevate guest experiences.
  • Ensure consistent distribution and rate parity across the portfolio and various booking channels.

About You

  • Proven revenue management experience in the accommodation/travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extensive expertise in data analysis and report generation.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Effective problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethic, both autonomous and team oriented.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
