We work with clients in broadcast, live events, and corporate media production.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Officer to manage the purchasing of AV equipment, studio materials, and technical supplies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sourcing, supplier management, and AV-related materials, with excellent organizational and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for AV equipment, studio materials, and components.
  • Prepare purchase requests, quotations, and procurement documentation.
  • Maintain and update supplier and price databases.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track procurement budgets, deliveries, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the AV, production, or electronics industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with AV systems and materials is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software/tools.

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
