Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

  • The candidate must have an existing portfolio of clients within government agencies, along with established supplier relationships.

  • Strong background in vendor management and sourcing of goods and services.

Knowledge and Skills

  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes, supplier markets, and supply chain principles.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
