This is a remote position.

Your Role: Executive Assistant with Marketing Support

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 7am to 5pm Brisbane
  • Direct reporting relationship with company founder
  • Management oversight of existing offshore editing team
  • Cross-functional role spanning operations, project management, and marketing support
  • Opportunity to shape processes and systems as the company scales



Responsibilities:

  • Manage planning and scheduling for video production projects and team activities
  • Coordinate and oversee offshore editing team to ensure timely project delivery
  • Provide quality control oversight to ensure deliverables meet company standards
  • Serve as accountability partner for business owner, keeping projects and commitments on track
  • Support basic marketing activities and initiatives (with training provided)
  • Maintain professional standards and processes as the company hires new videographers
  • Implement and manage organizational systems and processes
  • Gradually take on additional operational tasks as systems are developed

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts or willingness to learn quickly
  • Experience in team coordination or project management
  • Excellent communication skills for managing remote team members
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable working with systems and processes
  • Adaptable to taking on new responsibilities incrementally
